Cancelling
Cancellations must be made before June 4th for a full refund.
After that we cannot reimburse you. If you have a reservation and neither cancel, pay nor come to the event, we will charge you all costs according to your reservation at the regular prices, including a handling fee of 3 euros.
Land agent registration
This year we ask every household / family / group to choose a land agent to take care of registration of tents. This will hopefully ease and clarify the registration process for all of you wonderful travelers heading to Aarnimetsä. Land agent’s duty is mainly to be the one in your camp who communicates with organizers about camping.
We would like you to:
1. Choose name to your camp and have a land agent to fill a form which will appear here later. Just one for each group / household / family!
2. Remind everyone in your group to use this camp name when doing the personal registration. Everyone who intends to stay in your camp, should have the name of your camp in their own form. Everyone needs to register, registration opens April 13th at 6 p.m. (Finnish time).
3. Land agent will get a message before the event with list of participants in his / her camp to be able to list the tents (with approx. measures) for the Site Coordinator. Hopes and dreams can be listed too!
